The consultation may include details on how to identify and optimize your tech stack.
The consultation service may include providing templates for responding to inquiries, discounts, booking confirmations, day-after-arrivals, day-before-departures, post-stay reviews. The service may provide guidance on how to advertise your property, including maximizing search rank keywords and practices, design & staging (including company proprietary standards and specs), damages & deposits, cancellations, automated dynamic pricing, and tax and insurance matters;
This service does not cover Air Concierge performing brokerage, agency, or property management communications, services nor is Air Concierge managing your actual online profiles.
The purchase price is worth 1hr of consultation time and must be paid in advance of each hour.
